Return Period:

You can request a return within 30 days of receipt.

Conditions:

Unused product
In perfect condition
In original packaging

Defective or Problematic Products:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.

Refund:

After return approval, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the same payment method.

Return Shipping:

Defect/error: cost covered by the store
Other cases: cost borne by the customer
